A Little Bit About Myself
I am a Real Estate professional with CENTURY 21 Northern Choice Realty Ltd.. in Kenora, Ontario. I have been licensed since 1990.
Being born and raised in Kenora I have a great appreciation for the Kenora and the lake of the woods area. I enjoy boating, and flying and all of the outdoor activities that our beautiful community has to offer.
I received my real estate license in February of 1990 and have been working in our local market since that time. In 1993 I obtained my Brokers license and my MVA appraisal designation in 1995.
The company that I worked for joined the Century 21 system in 1997 and we have never looked back.
On January 1st 2000 My wife and business partner Michelle and I purchased the company that I had been working for the past 10 years and I took on the new role of Broker of Record/Owner of Century 21 Reynard Real Estate Ltd. We ran the company until Jan 2019 when we sold the brokerage, and that is when Century 21 Northern Choice Realty Ltd. was opened.
My Love for Flying
I am also a private pilot and am able to incorporate my love of flying with the business that we are in. The Kenora area that we service in the recreational market is quite large and a float plane makes things easily accessible
I'm a father of two adult daughters. My youngest daughter graduated university in 2016 and is working in a Real Estate Office while finishing her Residential Appraiser Designation. In July 2019 she got married and bought her first house.

My older daughter toured with Disney on Ice and toured the many wonders of the world until 2018 when she gave up her professional skating and decided to go to University. She is currently in her last year of University and then will be pursuing a Real Estate Career in the City.
